Shipping costs are free in Switzerland. Shipments are made between Monday and Saturday and deliveries between Monday and Friday by Swiss Post in economy. You will receive a notification when your package will be sent. Deadlines deliveries are estimated between 5 and 14 working days.
In case you would like to return your bag, the return costs are at the charge of the customer and will not be supported by Joker Club.

To take care of your bag and remove any stains, we advise you to use a soft damp cloth.
The Joker Club Combo Bag comes with a protective Italian cotton pouch to keep it year after year. The cotton pouches are machine washable (30°) on their reverse side. For more details, we invite you to refer to the product sheet of your bag and click on the drop-down menu called materials and maintenance.

The size of the Combo bag is: 17,3 x 11,4 x 9,8 in
Since the bag is extensible, we advise you not to fill it to the maximum to be sure that it corresponds to the dimensions required by the airline.
